Favourable weather led to excellent fruit set. A large crop load needed some “thinning” to reduce potential yeild. A mild to warm ripening period made for a perfect harvest with pristine fruit.

Subtle florals and citrus leading to white stone fruit.
Pure fruited and finessed with acid steering the palate.
Pan fried snapper fillets with lemon and caper butter. Crab omelette.
