VINTAGE
2015 Was a mild growing season, dry & cool with an excellent sunny & warm January, February & March. Intensely perfumed and balanced grapes will result in some super wines.

WINEMAKING
Harvested very early in the season on March 5th, aiming for subtle almond meal and passionfruit flavours, still-crisp acidity and a pleasing textural grip to balance the fruit sweetness. It was whole bunch pressed and allowed to settle overnight, then fermented cool in stainless steel tank. Once dry, it was simply prepared for bottling in late June 2015, so the pure fruit drive of the wine was preserved with minimal artefact or intervention.
